Business credit covers a wide range of needs: filling cash flow gaps, purchasing equipment or premises, launching a new product/service, buying out a business or shares, taking over a company, expanding internationally... Its most classic form is where the company obtains funds in exchange for paying interest. Repayment is generally made on a monthly basis, but can follow a different frequency according to the terms set out in the agreement. Each installment includes a portion of principal and interest.
